Return Eligibility
Unopened Products
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Opened Products
As tea is a consumable product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons.
However, if you’re dissatisfied with the quality of our tea, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Include photos of the damaged products or packaging when possible.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
Package your return securely with the return authorization information included.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different variety of tea:
Contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
If there is a price difference between the original and new product, you will either be charged or refunded the difference.
Seasonal and Limited Edition Products
For seasonal or limited edition products, the same return policy applies, but exchanges are subject to availability.
